Do you offer telephone and email advice?
We always have to see people face to face for the first appointment. For ongoing work, your caseworker may deal with you by telephone or email.
Do you do home visits
We no longer offer home visits. The Oxfordshire Specialist Advice Service now offers this service to Oxford residents. We can make a referral for you so please ask our receptionist.
Who is eligible for help from you?
Our service is for people who live in Blackbird Leys and Greater Leys. We will also see people in OX4 who live close by, if we are the nearest advice centre to where you live.
Do you charge for your service?
No, we are a free and confidential advice service. We are a charity and fundraise to provide a free service to the community.
